It is a simple dish which can be prepared within 15 mins and a perfect snack for kids. Lets see the step by step procedure:
- Chicken legs/ wings - 4
- All purpose flour/ Tempura flour - 1/4 cup
- Red chilly powder - 3/4 tsp
- Coriander powder - 3/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Garlic powder - 1/4 tsp (optional)
- Buttermilk - 4 tbsp
- Breadcrumbs - 1/4 cup
- Oil for deep frying
Cooking Instructions:
- Mix everything except breadcrumbs and make a thick paste. Marinate chicken for 10 mins.
- Coat with breadcrumbs completely.
- Heat oil for deep frying. Fry till both sides turn golden brown. Remove the excess oil using tissue. Unlike store bought fried chicken this recipe don't sucks oil.
- Serve hot with mayo and ketchup.
