Aloo Tikki in Philips Air Fryer

Potato cutlet in air fryer. As the name indicates, it can be fried with no oil or little oil and i'm guilt free in eating one or two extra :).

Ingredients:

Cooking Instructions:

  • Pressure cook potato and mash it nicely.
  • Heat a tbsp of oil in a pan. Add onion and saute till translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes. (I added onion tomato masala ).
  • Add the spice powders, coriander leaves and potato. Mix it nicely to form a smooth dough.
  • Make equal sized balls and flatten them into patties. Coat them with breadcrumbs.
  • Preheat the air fryer at 200º for 3mins. Bake them at 200º for 7mins. Apply oil on both sides with brush and again bake at 180º for 5 to 7mins.
  • Serve hot with green chutney and ketchup.
