Onion Tomato Masala for Gravies & Curries Slow cooker method

Onion Tomato masala can be used for all the gravies and curries that calls for onion and tomato. It can be stored in refrigerator for a week. 

Ingredients:




Cooking Instructions:

  • Grind onion and tomato separately.
  • Press 'Saute' option and add oil. Add onions and saute for a couple of min. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a min. Add tomatoes and tomato paste. Give a nice stir. 
  • Cancel 'Saute' mode and turn on 'Slow Cooker' mode for 3hrs. Close the lid with venting position.
  • Store in air tight container or glass jar with lid.
