Oven Roasted Mushrooms

Mushrooms are low in calories, fat free, cholesterol free. It also includes relief from breast cancer, prostate cancer and diabetes. It helps in weight loss and increases the strength of immune system. It is necessary  to take mushrooms at-least once in a week. 
Oven Roasted mushrooms are healthy snack and kids love it too.

How to Clean Mushrooms:  In a bowl add mushrooms, a tbsp of maida and little water. Wash it nicely till the water color changes. Rinse it with fresh water and drain.

Ingredients:

   Oven Roasted Mushrooms                                   
      Cooking Time : 15 mins

     Mushrooms - 250 gms
     Thyme - 1/8 tsp
     Parsley - 1/8 tsp
     Oregano - 1/8 tsp
     Basil - 1/8 tsp
     Pepper - 1/4 tsp
     Salt to taste
     Olive oil - 2 tsp
     Butter - 1 tsp
     Garlic - 2 tsp (Chopped)


Cooking Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl add all the herbs, salt, mushroom, pepper and a tsp of oil. Mix it nicely.
  • Heat a tsp of oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and saute till raw smell goes. Add the mushrooms and saute for a min.
  • Preheat the oven at 180ยบ. Grease the butter in grilling pan and add the sauted mushrooms. Bake for 8 to 10 mins.
  • Serve it hot with garlic bread.
