Banana Smoothie

Bored of regular breakfast? Or looking for healthy breakfast for weight loss? Looking for post work out drink? Then here is the healthy drink.

Ingredients:

   Banana Smoothie                                  
      Preparation Time : 3 mins

     Banana - 1
     Soya Milk - 1 cup
     Oats - 3 tbsp
     Vanilla Essence - 1/4 tsp
     Flax Seeds or Chia Seeds - 1/2 tbsp
     Sugar - 1 tbsp (Optional)

Cooking Instructions:

  • Blend everything smoothly. Serve it cold with ice cubes.
