Mutton Peshawari

Recently tasted this authentic recipe mutton peshawari at Pakistani restaurant. My taste bud tempts me to try that recipe and it really came out very well. It goes well with roti, naan and even i tried with dosa too. Lets see the step by step procedure:

Cooking Instructions:

  • Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add garlic, ginger and saute till the flavour goes. 
  • Add mutton and saute till browned.
  • Add Yogurt and cook for a min. Add Tomatoes and Green chilly.
  • Add the spice powders and 1 cup of water. Cover and cook till the mutton done. It'll take around 40 to 50 mins. Once mutton cooked add the remaining oil and cook till the water evaporates.
  • Dry roast coriander seeds and crush it using mortar n pestle.
  • Add the crushed coriander seeds and ginger juliennes. cook for another 3 to 5 mins.
  • Garnish it with coriander leaves.
