Stuffed bread roll baked in airfryer

Recently shifted home and was busy in arranging stuffs, clicked bundle of photos yet to post. Now, back to the recipe it is a perfect tea time snack.

For Stuffing:

  • Pressure cook potato and mash it nicely.
  • Heat a tbsp of oil in a pan. Add onion and saute till translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes. (I added onion tomato masala ).
  • Add the spice powders and potato. Mix it nicely.
  • Add coriander leaves and keep it aside.

For the Roll:

  • Cut all the sides of the bread. Roll the bread with roller, place the stuffing and seal it using water at the edges.
  • Apply oil on all sides. Preheat the air fryer at 200º for 3 mins. Place the bread carefully and bake it at 180º for 8 to 12 mins.
  • Serve it hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
