Cooking Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan. Add Cumin seeds, Curry leaves and allow it to splutter. Add onions, turmeric powder and saute till it turn golden brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell goes.
- Add all the spice powders, salt and cook for another 3 to 5 mins. Add prawns and cook in low flame for 6 to 8 mins till the onion masala coats in the prawns.
