Cream Veggie Sandwich

Sandwich are healthy options for breakfast as well as snack too. I used carrot, cucumber and capsicum, but you can also add onion, lettuce, tomato. Here i used sandwich bread available in supermarkets. But you can use any variety of bread like whole wheat bread, Mil bread or multigrain bread.

Ingredients:

   Cream Veggie Sandwich                                
      Preparation Time : 5 mins

  • Bread - 4 Slices
  • Spreadable cream cheese - 1/4 cup
  • Carrot - 1/2
  • Cucumber - 1
  • Capsicum - 3 tbsp (Chopped)


Instructions:

  • Shred all the veggies and place in a bowl. Add cream cheese and mix it nicely.

  • Spread the mixture in a slice of bread and cover it with other slice. The mixture can be stored in fridge for 2 to 3 days.
