Onion tomato chutney with step by step procedure: One of the easiest and simple recipe that i make often. Small onions will enhance the taste of the chutney.

- Heat oil in a kadai. Add red chillies and saute for a min.
- Add onion and garlic. Saute till it turn translucent.
- Add tomato and cook till mushy.
- Allow it cool completely and grind it smoothly by adding salt.
- Heat oil in a kadai. Add mustard seeds, urad dal and curry leaves. Transfer it to the chutney.
