Potato cutlet in air fryer. As the name indicates, it can be fried with no oil or little oil and i'm guilt free in eating one or two extra :).
Ingredients:

- Pressure cook potato and mash it nicely.
- Heat a tbsp of oil in a pan. Add onion and saute till translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes. (I added onion tomato masala ).
- Add the spice powders, coriander leaves and potato. Mix it nicely to form a smooth dough.
- Make equal sized balls and flatten them into patties. Coat them with breadcrumbs.
- Preheat the air fryer at 200º for 3mins. Bake them at 200º for 7mins. Apply oil on both sides with brush and again bake at 180º for 5 to 7mins.
- Serve hot with green chutney and ketchup.
