Ingredients:
Mushroom Fry
Cooking Time : 15 mins
- Mushroom - 250gms
- Onion - 1
- Capsicum - 1/4 cup chopped
- Green chilly - 1
- Red chilly powder - 3/4 tsp
- Curry powder - 3/4 tsp
- Oil or Butter - 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Fenugreek leaves - a pinch
- Salt to taste
Note: Curry powder - combination of coriander powder, garam masala, cumin powder.
Cut the vegetables lengthwise.
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat butter in a pan, add cumin seeds and green chilly. Then add onion and saute for a min and add capsicum.
- Add red chilly powder and curry powder. Saute for a min and add mushroom. Cook till mushroom shrinks and absorb its moisture.
- Add salt and fenugreek leaves at last. Mix well and turn off the stove.
