Tawa Mushroom Fry


Ingredients:

   Mushroom Fry                             
      Cooking Time : 15 mins
  • Mushroom - 250gms
  • Onion - 1
  • Capsicum - 1/4 cup chopped
  • Green chilly - 1
  • Red chilly powder - 3/4 tsp
  • Curry powder - 3/4 tsp
  • Oil or Butter - 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
  • Fenugreek leaves - a pinch
  • Salt to taste

Note: Curry powder - combination of coriander powder, garam masala, cumin powder.
          Cut the vegetables lengthwise.

Cooking Instructions:

  • Heat butter in a pan, add cumin seeds and green chilly. Then add onion and saute for a min and add capsicum.
  • Add red chilly powder and curry powder. Saute for a min and add mushroom. Cook till mushroom shrinks and absorb its moisture. 
  • Add salt and fenugreek leaves at last. Mix well and turn off the stove.
