Egg bonda


Ingredients:

   Egg bonda                                
      Cooking Time : 10 mins
  • Egg - 3
  • Oil for deep frying

     For Batter:

  • Gram flour - 1/2 cup
  • Rice flour - 1/4 cup
  • Corn flour - 1 tbsp
  • Red chilly powder - 3/4 tsp
  • Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
  • Ajwain seeds - 1/4 tsp
  • Dosa batter - 2 tbsp
  • Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Hot oil - 1 tsp

Cooking Instructions:

  • Boil the eggs and cut into halves.
  • Heat oil for deep frying.
  • Mix all the ingredients for batter and make a thick batter by adding water if needed. Add a tsp of hot oil.
  • Dip egg in the batter and drop in oil carefully. Cook till done.
  • Serve hot.
