Egg bonda
Ingredients:
Egg bonda
Cooking Time : 10 mins
Egg - 3
Oil for deep frying
For Batter:
Gram flour - 1/2 cup
Rice flour - 1/4 cup
Corn flour - 1 tbsp
Red chilly powder - 3/4 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Ajwain seeds - 1/4 tsp
Dosa batter - 2 tbsp
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Hot oil - 1 tsp
Cooking Instructions:
Boil the eggs and cut into halves.
Heat oil for deep frying.
Mix all the ingredients for batter and make a thick batter by adding water if needed. Add a tsp of hot oil.
Dip egg in the batter and drop in oil carefully. Cook till done.
Serve hot.
