Instant Mango Pickle
Ingredients:
Instant Mango Pickle
Cooking Time : 10 mins
Raw Mango - 1 (Cut into small pieces)
Gingelly oil - 2 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Red chilly powder - 3/4 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Fenugreek powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and allow it to splutter. Now reduce the flame and add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, fenugreek powder and asafoetida one by one.
Now add mango and salt. Give a nice mix.
Consume it within 3 to 4 days.
