Instant Mango Pickle


Ingredients:

   Instant Mango Pickle                                
      Cooking Time : 10 mins
  • Raw Mango - 1 (Cut into small pieces)
  • Gingelly oil - 2 tsp
  • Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Red chilly powder - 3/4 tsp
  • Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
  • Fenugreek powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions:

  • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and allow it to splutter. Now reduce the flame and add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, fenugreek powder and asafoetida one by one.
  • Now add mango and salt. Give a nice mix.
  • Consume it within 3 to 4 days.
