Instant Mor Kuzhambu
Ingredients:
Instant Mor Kuzhambu
Cooking Time : 10 mins
Yogurt/ Curd- 1/2 cup
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - a sprig
Salt to taste
Oil - 1 tsp
For Grinding:
Toor dal - 1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 tsp
Raw rice - 1/2 tsp
Coconut - 2 tbsp
Red chilly - 3
Curry leaves - a sprig
Cooking Instructions:
Heat a pan, add toor dal, fenugreek seeds, raw rice and red chilly one by one. Roast for a couple of mins or till color changes.
Grind roasted ingredients along with coconut and curry leaves.
Beat the curd well. Add the ground paste and mix everything nicely. Add salt.
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Add the curd mixture and heat it for 3 to 4 mins in a medium flame. Don't allow it to boil.
Serve hot with rice and potato fry.
