Remove the skin and seeds from bottle gourd. Shred it finely. Squeeze the excess water from it. Keep aside for 5 mins and squeeze once again.
Add everything except oil and make a thick dough. Use little water if needed.
Heat oil in a kadai for frying. Take a tsp of oil in that, add it to the dough and mix well. (This step is to necessary so that the pakoda do not drink too much oil.)
