Cooking Instructions:
- Wash and soak rice and dal separately. Soak fenugreek seeds along with urad dal.
- Grind everything coarsely, add salt and ferment it for 2hrs. (You can also make dosa immediately).
- Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds and crushed pepper. Add the mixture to the batter along with dry ginger powder.
- Heat tawa and spread a ladle of batter. Drizzle a tsp of ghee and cook on both sides till golden brown.
