Paneer sandwich


Ingredients:

   Paneer Sandwich                                
      Cooking Time : 15 mins
  • Onion - 1
  • Capsicum - 2 tbsp
  • Paneer - 1/4 cup (crumbled)
  • Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Curry powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp
  • Bread slices
  • Butter - to toast


Note: Curry powder - combination of coriander powder, garam masala, cumin powder.

Cooking Instructions:

  • Heat a tsp of oil in a pan, add onion and saute for a min then add capsicum. Now add red chilly powder, curry powder and salt.
  • Add paneer and ketchup and saute for a min. Keep it aside.
  • Spread the filling in between bread slices. Heat butter in a pan and toast on both sides till golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
