Ingredients:
Paneer Sandwich
Cooking Time : 15 mins
- Onion - 1
- Capsicum - 2 tbsp
- Paneer - 1/4 cup (crumbled)
- Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Curry powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp
- Bread slices
- Butter - to toast
Note: Curry powder - combination of coriander powder, garam masala, cumin powder.
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat a tsp of oil in a pan, add onion and saute for a min then add capsicum. Now add red chilly powder, curry powder and salt.
- Add paneer and ketchup and saute for a min. Keep it aside.
- Spread the filling in between bread slices. Heat butter in a pan and toast on both sides till golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
