Cooking Instructions:
- Mix all the ingredients mentioned for kozhukattai without lumps.
- Keep it in stove and stir continuously till it form into smooth dough. Cover and keep aside till slightly cooled. Then make small balls by applying ghee in hands.
- Heat a pan, add jaggery and water. Once all the pieces melt add cardamom powder and keep aside.
- Heat a pan, add milk and water, bring it to boil. Take 2 kozhukattai balls and mix it with water. Pour the mixture to milk. (This step is to thicken the milk slightly).
- Then add kozhukattai balls, cover and cook till it is done.
