Crispy Adai Dosa


Ingredients:

   Crispy Adai Dosa                                
      Preparation Time : 6hrs | Cooking Time : 10 mins
      Serving : 8 dosa
  • Raw Rice - 1/4 cup
  • Idly Rice - 1/4 cup
  • Moong dal - 1 tbsp
  • Channa dal - 1 tbsp
  • Toor dal - 1 tbsp
  • Urad dal - 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  • Red chilly - 2
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions:

  • Wash and soak the rice and dal for 3 to 4hrs. Grind it along with cumin seeds, red chilly. Add turmeric powder, asafoetida and salt to the batter and mix well. 
  • Allow it to ferment for 3hrs.
  • Blend the batter once again in mixie smoothly.
  • Heat the tawa and spread the batter thinly. Drizzle a tsp of oil and cook on both sides till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with coconut chutney, podi.
