Egg is one of the healthiest and most nutritious food on the planet. It is a good source of inexpensive, high quality protein. Weight watchers can take egg white alone as more than half of the protein is found in egg white and lower amounts of fat and cholesterol.
Ingredients:
- Boiled Egg - 4
- Onion - 2(big)
- Tomato - 1
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Red chilli powder - 3/4 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Garam Masala - 3/4 tbsp
- Bay leaves
- Cinnamon Stick - 1 inch
- Cloves - 1
- Cardamom - 1
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan. Add Bay leaves, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom.
- Add finely chopped onion and cook till it becomes translucent.
- Add ginger garlic paste and cook till raw smell goes.
- Add tomato. Add all the masala and salt.
- Add Little water and cover and cook for 8 to 10 mins.
- Poke the boiled eggs with fork and add it to the gravy.
- Cook for a couple of mins after adding eggs.
- Serve hot with rice, roti, naan.
