Ingredients:
Carrot Rice Cooking Time : 30 mins
- Carrot -2 (Shredded)
- Onion - 1
- Basmati Rice - 1 cup
- Ghee - 1 tbsp
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Bay Leaf - 1
- Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
- Cardamom - 2
- Cloves - 2
- Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
- Green chilly - 1
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Water - 1&1/2 cup
- Coriander leaves - For Garnishing
Cooking Instruction:
- Peel the skin and grate the carrots.
- Now add onion, green chilly and saute till translucent. Add Carrots and cook till it is done. Add salt and pepper.
