Cooking Instructions:
- Peel the skin and cut potato into 1 inch cubes. Boil them in water along with turmeric powder and salt.
- Grind coconut, green chilly, cumin seeds and curry leaves to a coarse paste without adding water.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and allow it to splutter, then add red chilly. Now add boiled potatoes and sambar powder. Saute it for a min.
