Liver pepper fry


Ingredients:

   Liver pepper Fry                                 
      Cooking Time : 30 mins
  • Mutton Liver - 250gms
  • Small Onion - 10
  • Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Curry Leaves - a sprig
  • Gingelly oil - 2 tbsp

       For Marination:

  • Ginger garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
  • Red chilly powder - 3/4 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions:

  • Marinate liver with the ingredients mentioned under for marination. Let it sit for 15mins.
  • Heat oil in a kadai, add cumin seeds and allow it to splutter. Add curry leaves and onion. Saute till it turns golden brown.
  • Now add the marinated liver pieces, sprinkle little water and cook till it is done. (Overcooking liver leads to very hard pieces). Garnish it with coriander leaves.
