Ingredients:
Liver pepper Fry Cooking Time : 30 mins
- Mutton Liver - 250gms
- Small Onion - 10
- Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Curry Leaves - a sprig
- Gingelly oil - 2 tbsp
For Marination:
- Ginger garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
- Red chilly powder - 3/4 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Marinate liver with the ingredients mentioned under for marination. Let it sit for 15mins.
