Rasam Powder
Ingredients:
Rasam Powder
Preparation Time : 20 mins
Coriander seeds - 4 tbsp
Toor dal - 2 tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 2 tbsp
Peppercorn - 2 tbsp
Red chilly - 5 to 7
Curry leaves - a sprig
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Cooking Instructions:
Dry Roast all the ingredients and allow it to cool completely. Grind smoothly and store in air tight container. This quantity can be used for 5 to 6 times. Just add 2 to 3 tsp of this powder every time while making rasam.
