Rasam Powder


Ingredients:

   Rasam Powder                              
      Preparation Time : 20 mins
  • Coriander seeds - 4 tbsp
  • Toor dal - 2 tbsp
  • Cumin Seeds - 2 tbsp
  • Peppercorn - 2 tbsp
  • Red chilly - 5 to 7
  • Curry leaves - a sprig
  • Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp

Cooking Instructions:

  • Dry Roast all the ingredients and allow it to cool completely. Grind smoothly and store in air tight container. This quantity can be used for 5 to 6 times. Just add 2 to 3 tsp of this powder every time while making rasam.
