Ingredients:
Kari Dosa Cooking Time : 30 mins
- Mutton Mince - 150gms
- Small Onion - 10
- Big Onion - 1
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Tomato - 1/2
- Curry leaves - a sprig
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 3/4 tsp
- Coriander powder - 3/4 tsp
- Cumin powder - 3/4 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Gingelly oil - 1 tbsp
- Dosa Batter for making dosa
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and curry leaves. Allow it to splutter. Now add onion and saute till translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw flavour goes.
- Add tomato and spice powders. Mix well and cook for 3 to 4 mins. Then add mutton mince and salt.
- Add little water, cover and cook till it is done. Allow to evaporate the liquid content. Keep it aside and allow it to cool.
