Kari Dosa


Ingredients:

   Kari Dosa                                  
      Cooking Time : 30 mins
  • Mutton Mince - 150gms
  • Small Onion - 10
  • Big Onion - 1
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Tomato - 1/2
  • Curry leaves - a sprig
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Red chilly powder - 3/4 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 3/4 tsp
  • Cumin powder - 3/4 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Gingelly oil - 1 tbsp
  • Dosa Batter for making dosa

Cooking Instructions:

  • Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and curry leaves. Allow it to splutter. Now add onion and saute till translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw flavour goes.
  • Add tomato and spice powders. Mix well and cook for 3 to 4 mins. Then add mutton mince and salt.
  • Add little water, cover and cook till it is done. Allow to evaporate the liquid content. Keep it aside and allow it to cool.
  • Heat tawa, pour a ladle full of dosa batter and spread lightly. (Uthapam consistency). Take a spoon of kari and spread over it. Drizzle a tsp of oil. Cook till it turn golden brown on both sides. Cook in a medium low flame. 
  • Serve hot with Coconut chutney.
