Liver fry is a popular dish in southern part of Tamilnadu. It is an excellent source of dietary iron. The original recipe calls for strong flavour of spices, inorder to make it milder i slightly incorporated it. This dish goes well with rasam saadham.

- Heat oil in a kadai, add cumin seeds and allow it to splutter. Then, add curry leaves and onion. Saute till it turn translucent.
