Recently tried kozhukattai with millet and it was a hit. So, tried this curd rice recipe in cookbook comes along with millets. There is no much difference in taste when compared to regular curd rice and a healthy option for lunch too.

- Boil Water, add salt and millet. Cook till the millet becomes soft and all the water is absorbed. Allow it to cool for sometime and mash it nicely.
