Perfect tea time snack which can be done easily and quickly. In recent days, i got bored with sandwiches and saw this recipe in a cookbook which i received along with my air fryer. I love the texture and crispiness. Do try and taste this yummy paneer cheese discs.

Ingredients:
Paneer cheese discs Preparation Time : 10 mins | Cooking Time : 10 mins
- Bread - 10 Slices
For Filling:
- Paneer - 3 tbsp (Crumbled)
- Capsicum - 3 tbsp (Chopped)
- Onion - 3 tbsp
- Cheese - 3 tbsp (Shredded)
- Coriander leaves - 3 tbsp (Chopped)
- Pepper - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oregano - 1 tsp
- Tomato Ketchup - 2 tbsp
For Spreading:
- Butter - 3 tbsp (Softened)
- Tomato Ketchup - 1 tbsp
- Cheese - 1 tbsp (Shredded)
Cooking Instructions:
- Let's cut circular discs of bread using sharp cutter.
- Cut circular rings of bread to place on above pieces.
- Mix all the ingredients mentioned under 'for filling'.
- Mix all the ingredients mentioned under 'for spreading'.
- Apply the butter spread on the circular disc. Place the circular rings of bread on the butter spread bread and press gently.
- Now fill the filling inside the circular rings.
- Preheat the oven at 180º Celsius and bake it for 5-7 mins. Instead you can also refrigerate it and bake when required.
- If you are using air fryer then preheat at 200º C for 3 mins and bake it for 5-7 mins at 180ºC.
