Egg Puff


Ingredients:

   Egg Puff                               
      Cooking Time : 45mins
  • Egg - 2
  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • Onion - 1
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Garam Masala/ Chat Masala - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Puff Pastry Sheets - 4
  • Milk/Egg white - 2 tbsp/ 1 egg white

Cooking Instructions:

  • Boil Eggs, remove the shell and slice into two halves.
  • Heat oil in a pan, saute onion till translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw flavour goes.
  • Add red chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt, saute for a couple of minutes and allow it to cool.
  • Divide and spread the onion mixture in pastry sheets and place egg cut side down on top of it.
  • Join the edges and apply milk or egg white all over the sealed puffs.
  • I did some plain puffs for my kid. :) 👶
  • Place it in the preheated oven(180º - 220º) and bake it for 25 - 30 mins.
