Ingredients:
Paneer Kuruma Cooking Time : 20 mins
- Paneer - 250gms
- Onion - 1
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Fresh Cream - 1 tbsp
- Kasuri Methi - a pinch
- Bay leaf -1
- Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
- Oil - 1 tbsp
For Grinding:
- Onion - 1
- Cashew nut - 5 to 6
- Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
- Green chilly - 2
- Coconut - 2 tbsp
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan, and saute all the ingredients for grinding (Add the coconut at last). Allow it to cool and grind it smoothly.
- In the same pan add little ghee/oil and toast the paneer till golden brown. Set aside.
- Add bay leaf, cinnamon stick and allow it to temper, then add onion and saute till translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and fry till raw smell goes.
